A sound healing event that offers a bit more than relaxation, although it is relaxing. It offers healing to the body, mind and spirit. It can penetrate beyond the physical body into the subtle body, into the chakras and into our organs. It can move and shift our energy into alignment and resonance. Relaxing into it is actually the first thing you do. I hope you will join us.

There is no prayer greater than our thankfulness and gratitude. It is believed that living in awareness of all we are thankful for allows us to feel centered and content. During this event, as we listen to the bowls and other instruments, we will allow the vibrations to call in the awareness and remembrance of our deep gratitude for all we have been given.
